Sketch Concepts

With the information provided in your details for and our vision brief I will start gathering inspo to create a Custom Lookbook containing your moodboard, color palette, and initial sketch concepts.

You can leave notes and request changes via the proof forms. After approving the sketch concepts and foundational stationery elements, we’ll move to art creation.

Painted Proofs

Painted Proofs

During this phase, I paint/illustrate the custom artwork for your suite! Completion time depends on the complexity of your suite. Once finished, I'll provide colorized proofs of the full suite to show how everything will look in person.

You'll receive color options for envelopes and upgrade choices like ribbons and wax seals. After you provide feedback, I'll revise and send a final design proof for spelling checks and review of quantities, sizing, and design details.

After approval and payment of the remaining invoice, I'll order materials and send your designs to print.

Production & Sendoff

Production & Send Off

Once all the proofs have been approved and the remaining invoice paid, your items are submitted to the printer, materials are ordered and production begins!

As materials arrived I will put together the elements of your suite, lining envelopes, cutting ribbon, etc. After a quick final count and quality check I will package everything up safely and ship off your suite directly to you for individual mailing/day-of prep.
