All sales are final, however if you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 48 hours so I can do my best to make things right.
If your order arrives damaged:
I take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the mailing service. The responsibility for the item’s safety during shipping lies with the mailing service. Filing a claim with them is the most efficient way to get your money back for damaged goods. This policy ensures we can keep our prices fair.
If your order arrives damaged you will need to:
(1) Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
(2) File a Claim: Submit a claim directly with the mailing service.
(3) Contact Us: While we can't offer refunds, we’re happy to send a replacement.
Email us your order number and damage photos.
